SimulSays Support
SimulSays is compatibale with the BlackBerry 8800, 8830, Pearl 8100, Curve 8300 and Windows Mobile for smartphones (non-touch screen devices).
How to Install SimulSays
Sign up before downloading the application.
From your handset’s browser go to mobile.phonetag.com and download the correct SimulSays program for your phone and carrier.
Once you successfully download the program, you will need to restart your phone.
Open the SimulSays application and enter your email address (the email address you entered when you signed up) and your PIN number (you will only be required to do this once).
You are now on SimulSays.
Once you sign up and have downloaded the SimulSays application to your handset, you will be ready to experience visual voicemail.
Your voicemail will appear on SimulSays automatically and allow you to scroll through and play voice messages directly from your phone screen.
SimulSays on Windows Mobile devices may increase battery consumption.

Voicemail Storage
With our service you get unlimited mailbox storage! Save all your voicemail right to your handset for quick and easy access (number of stored messages depends on a handset’s internal and expandable memory).
You can also view all your messages online in the “My Account” section of the PhoneTag website for your convenience.
